Pictures!

For some reason Blogger wasn't letting post photos or change my font color or font, or anything fun today. So here are some photos from the past week:

My parents trailer that is parked in our long driveway. See? I don't have to walk far to reach my parents. I'm so glad I'm close with them. One word: Therapy.

Olive Garden with mom, sissy and Asa on Wednesday, I think. We ordered dessert and Asa dug right in! The kid loves sweets!

He was so happy with himself! It's reasons like this that I keep my camera in my purse.

This was at Spaghetti Factory on Friday with my parents, sissy and Asa. Hmmm..... I guess Norm does have a point about me going out to eat a lot.....

Mom and Papa watched Asa for the night Saturday night as it was Josh's company Christmas party. Trina and Josh came over and had me take their annual Christmas photo in front of our tree.

Asa did NOT want to put on this shirt! He kept pulling at it and go so mad, he even bit his hand! I, of course, freaked out and mom said "Better he bit himself than me!" Made me laugh. Asa had to be bribed to put on the shirt, something Trina always said she'd never do.......

....... but it worked! Asa loves his cookies with sprinkles!

I just love this kid so much! When I get really down and think this adoption is never going to get done, I have to go see Asa and he makes everything all better. Thank you Asa!

I took this picture tonight. I used to be a total perfectionist, I mean like Martha Stewart on crack perfectionist. Therapy helped me with that too, as you can tell since I have about 5 different types of lights on/around my house! I was on the phone with Trina tonight and I told her it looks like a house with kids, nothing matches! We have 3 kinds of icicle lights, the small trees out front have different colored lights; one has white, the other is multi. It's a total mess, and I love it!!!!!

So, thanks for looking, I'm on my way to Olympia tomorrow with the gang! Until later........

My parents went today to this discount tool place to buy some tarps for the families in Mexico. You can check out the charity at the link to the left under Spectrum Ministries. Anyway, they have a Christmas wish list for things to take to the people in Mexico. My parents had $100 to spend and thought they'd get about 4 tarps. These are tarps that families use as the roof of their house! A tarp as a ROOF!!!! So they went and they were cheaper than mom thought. Mom and papa were able to get 8!!! And then they asked for a discount and explained where they were going and the lady gave them .45 cents off each tarp and said she had 2 bags full of stuffed animals that she was going to give to a church but the church never picked them up!!!! So Wednesday, while mom and I are in San Francisco, sissy is going to pick up the bag of stuffed animals!!!! Norm and I have a big box of toys and blankets that we are sending down, my parents did tarps and my sister is sending down a box of blankets!!!! I'm so happy that these families will be having a merry christmas! What a wonderful miracle!!!!!
